It was 91 degrees on the way to the workout. Gah. That's too hot for early April. Bring back the rain and the clouds!!

800-ish meter repeats at Zilker

It's always so strange to be at Barton Springs before dawn and then again after dark on the same day.

I ran with cam_ray and deankat. Sometimes they were ahead of me, sometimes they were behind me, but we're talking only 1-2 seconds! We had a 2 min rest between each, but I was able to drag it out into 2:20. For the second one, ( Read more... )
